Summer Festival
Welcome to a webpage dedicated to Morpeth Hockey Club's Summer Festival. The festival of hockey is an annual event contested over the August Bank Holiday weekend.
Entry into theTournament is by invite and teams travel from all corners of the U.K. including Wolverhampton and Edinburgh.

The Iain Cole Cup
The Iain Cole Cup was inaugurated in 2008. Iain was a 5 x Club Captain and a stalwart of Morpeth Hockey Club, who tragically died in an accident in November 2007.
As a Club Captain, Iain organised "Social" Hockey over the August Bank Holiday and to honour him this tradition has been carried on.
Iain Cole's parents kindly presented Morpeth Hockey Club with a cup for the Tournament and while "on pitch" the Hockey is competitive, the event is very much a social occasion
